After being introduced to Yoga as a freshman in college, Jenny has continued to study the practice, bringing it with her wherever she goes. She believes it is a practice that can be done during any phase of life, through pregnancy and birth, infancy, childhood and all the many shades of adulthood. It is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that can be modified for body type and personal, chronic and acute limitations. She has studied under several teachers, but focused on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga.. Yoga is not only a physical practice but one that requires control of the mind, making it more than just a work out. Yoga is practiced on a mat, but can be done through every step of life. Full Moon Rising offers a variety of classes for all levels, from the very beginner to the experienced yogi. Classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Winter cancellations:  Class will be cancelled if the Norway Vulcan Area Schools District cancels the school day.  The Wednesday morning class will cancel in the event of a school delay.

SUP Yoga In partnership with  Northwoods Adventures I offer Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga.  We take the practice of pranayama and asanas out to the water, enjoying the mindfulness of practice in the serene beauty of the Menominee River.  Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or brand new yoga, you will find joy and challenge in this  pairing.  Taking your asanas to the board is a great way to refresh, renew, and rejuvenate your practice by taking you back to the basics of the movements and tuning into the detail of each pose.  Hope to see you on the water!
