Dr. Kerry Niebrzydowski, ND, MSOM, LAC
& Dr. Colleen Teska, LAC, DAcOM, AOBTA on Chinese Medicine Five Element Wellness for Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Dr. Kerry Niebrzydowski is a Naturopathic Physician, Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. Dr. Kerry completed a 6 year dual degree program receiving a doctorate in naturopathic medicine and masters in oriental medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine in 2008. She received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics in 2001 from Michigan State University. She also completed a residency in primary care with a focus on public health in Portland, Oregon in 2009.  She has been in private practice and is the medical director at Radiant Natural Health Clinic, located in Niagara Wisconsin since January of 2010. She is the Vice President of the Wisconsin Naturopathic Doctors Association and teaches Hatha yoga. 

Dr. Colleen Teska holds a doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, TX. As a licensed acupuncturist and an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Colleen combines her 10 years as  a Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation specialist and dance teacher/choreographer/dancer in her work creating a truly healing art. She is also certified in Asian Bodywork (Tuina), Facial Rejuvenation, and NADA (Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist). Dr. Colleen works at Radiant Natural Health Clinic in Niagara, WI.

Five Element Theory and Traditional Chinese Medicine are the two pillars of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. We will be discussing the Five Elements and how they relate to our lives, physically as well as emotionally and spiritually. The Five elements are: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Each of these elements play a significant role in our lives. We will be exploring via questionnaires and discussion our individual elemental constitutions.
