. Shamans serve their community as a bridge, or link, between Heaven and Earth. They are adept at traveling throughout the various dimensions of life. To attain these skills, they undertake a journey of deep personal healing and profound connection to the realms of Earth, Nature, Spirit and the Source of Life. Their cosmology, or belief system, is a living map of life’s inner dimensions and how to effectively navigate them.

Join shaman Matisay (Ma-Tee-Say), as he shares some of the fundamentals of shamanic practice and universal wisdom that can help us live a healthy, fulfilling and sustainable existence on planet earth - and become our own Bridge Between Heaven and Earth. The workshop will begin on Friday night with an Evolutionary Update: Navigating the Emerging Human Consciousness and Accelerating Earth Energies. The teachings will continue on Saturday as Matisay deepens the conversation with the Perennial Wisdom of the Shaman.

Special Offering

A Stone Whispering Experience - Participants are invited to bring a stone (preferably a palm size or smaller one that subtly speaks to them) for this experiential demonstration on how to communicate with, recognize the life force energy within, and even awaken a seemingly inanimate object.

Introduction to Meditation

Jenny offers a six week course to learn how to bring stillness into your life. Whether you have a daily practice or have never sat in silence, we all begin each day with a beginner's mind This class is designed to help you access your inner peace and find calm within. Over the six weeks, we study and practice 7 different styles of meditation and mindfulness, working towards establishing a sustainable home practice.  This class is offered 2-3 times a year and is open to everyone.  

Jenny also offers three mindfulness roundtable discussions and a variety of meditation and mindfulness workshops, retreats, and intensives.  Please watch for upcoming news and events to see details about these workshops.
