This six week course is designed to introduce you to several styles of mindfulness and meditation to deepen your relationship with stillness, silence and your breath. The focus of this class is to offer a variety of techniques for you to find the one that resonates with where you are right now. The course will run October 12- November 16, 2017 on Thursday evenings from 6:45-7:45. Please call or email with inquiry and pre-registration is requested.
